Before 2003 when Yantai Dongfang Wisdom electric Co., Ltd.(Wisdom) established as a filial corporation of Dongfang Electronics Co., Ltd. (Shenzheng Stock Exchange,Code:000682), it is a R&D division focusing on the energy metering system from 1998.
